Your heat pack is filled with Australian grown wheat & lavender.
Place in the microwave for no more than a few minutes. Over heating will reduce the life of your heat pack‚ and of course may burn you!
Did you know that if you store one of these in your freezer they can be placed over an injury like an ice pack? Much more pleasant than a bag of peas don’t you think?!
This lovely heat pack is made using 100% cotton fabric. It measures 44cm x 12cm and weighs approximately 1 kg.
